#리모델링하다생긴일 5 Wallpapering Tips I ended up redoing the wallpaper😭 I deliberately chose a molding-free design and put a lot of effort into making the house as neat as possible... But once the wallpapering was finished, I found torn spots, peeling parts, and even marks. The workmanship was much worse than I expected. Eventually, the contractor admitted the problem, and we ended up redoing the wallpaper. However, going through this process, I realized that wallpapering isn't just about sticking wallpaper on a wall. ① Plain wallpaper is better for a minimalist home. Embossed or patterned wallpaper can be trickier to deal with regarding wall conditions or installation errors. ② Check for defects periodically during the installation. It is better to report issues immediately when you discover them, rather than trying to bring them up all at once later. ③ Don't choose a wallpapering company based solely on price. Even for the same type of wallpaper, the cost can vary depending on what additional work is added, such as preparatory work or base layering. ④ If you are using molding, the groundwork is even more important. This is because even the small imperfections that molding used to hide become clearly visible. Ultimately, I learned that for a clean wallpaper finish, the condition of the walls, the groundwork, the installation, and the inspection are more important than simply choosing good wallpaper. If you, like me, thought wallpapering was just wallpapering while remodeling for the first time, please make sure you know this before you start. #ThingsThatHappenedDuringRemodeling #거실시공 #도배시공 #단독주택 #맞팔 #거실인테리어
