Daiso kitchen recommendations that I've been using consistently since moving into my new home💓 Today, I'll introduce three items first. Save this and stock up on them when you go to Daiso🛒 1️⃣ Rubberwood Square Handle Tray Item No. 1030863 Price: 5,000 won Since I eat alone a lot, I bought this tray because I wanted to be able to move everything at once when setting the table. Actually, I was worried about staining because it's made of wood, but if you wipe it clean right away, I don't feel like it stains much! It has handles, so it's convenient when moving food, and with the bright wood color characteristic of rubberwood and a clean design, it's great to eat right on the tray :) When placing a hot pot on it, I find it perfect to lay down an induction mat first; The mat is thin and doesn't slip. 2️⃣ Al-Al-I-Sok Container 24-Compartment Product Number 63891 Price 2,000 won Mine is sky blue, but it seems they are coming out in white these days :) It is perfect for filling with minced garlic or ginger and taking out one by one to use when cooking. I also put green onions in the size one step larger than this one, and it is a good size for using just a little bit at a time. The bottom of the Al-Al-I-Sok container is soft, so even if you take it out of the freezer, it becomes easy to take out quickly after just a short while. If you are impatient like me, you can just place your finger on the bottom and press down with force 🤣 The 24-compartment size was the most convenient for garlic, and the larger size is perfect for portioning out beef or vegetables. 3️⃣ Non-touching Silicone Ladle Item No. 1041440 Price 2,000 won Non-touching Silicone Cooking Spoon (Small) Item No. 1041442 Price 2,000 won True to its name, "non-touching," it has a base so the scooping part does not touch the floor. Since there is no risk of grease or seasoning getting on the sink, I am using it very well and finding it very useful. However, liquid may drip. I was worried about color transfer since it is silicone, but with curry, which is known for heavy staining, it only turned slightly yellow for a while and then returned to normal! Unless you soak it in soup, there was absolutely no color transfer when just scooping soup. I recommend the ladle to those who prefer scooping small amounts rather than those who want a large size that scoops out generously! I use the cooking spoon (small), but a large size is also available.
