I let go of my greed and only installed the bare minimum of what was absolutely necessary. Haha. Of course, I'm still a little sad that I had to give up the dark solid wood flooring I wanted. 😂 2. For the wallpaper, instead of looking through advertisements, I got a recommendation from a local real estate agent for a good place and signed a contract; they were truly skilled! 3. Installing the ceiling fan and lighting as a set can also save money. I found a set configuration that included the items I absolutely needed and proceeded with that. 4.
