#눈물의시공영수증 #30평대 Three years ago, the fourth home we found by chance was an old apartment that had turned twenty.👀 Although it looked neat on the outside after undergoing a remodeling, the traces of time embedded throughout and the tastes of the previous residents didn't quite match our family's.🙂 Driven by a desire to fully fill it with ‘our own unique color,’ we eventually made the bold decision to tear everything down and rebuild it, leaving only the framework.😳 From every single window frame and tile to even the number of recessed lights... It is a space that we completed by personally deliberating and selecting every single detail, leaving no spot untouched by our fingertips.✨ I’d like to share a few of the major memories from the intense 90-odd construction processes.📝 🏠Record of Major Construction ㅡ Windows (KCC 24t Low-E Glass): 11.5 million KRW ㅡ System Air Conditioners (4 Units): 6 million won — Wallpaper (LG Diamant White Plaster): 4.5 million won — Kitchen: 4.4 million won — Carpentry (Flat ceiling/Master bedroom partition wall, etc.): 3.5 million won — 2 Bathrooms (Brick bathtub/600x600mm tiles/Brick vanity): 6.4 million won — Extensions (3 locations): 2.9 million won — Flooring (Kujung Maru Marvelous Zen Celeb Beige): 2.7 million won — Lighting (2-inch recessed lights/COB lighting): 1.5 million won — Film (Doors/frames/sinks, etc.): 900,000 won — Interior Door (Standard swing): 950,000 won 💰 Total construction cost: Approx. 70 million won Perhaps because I poured so much care into this space, the fact that I will be moving to a new apartment next year brings mixed emotions to me..🥲 There are places my hands haven't touched I am filled with sadness as I prepare to leave this home, but on the other hand, I am also excited at the thought of filling a clean canvas with our family's new story once again… !!🥹 I want to fill the remaining time here with happy memories right up until the very end.💖 #OldBuildingInterior #구축아파트인테리어 #구축리모델링 #구축아파트리모델링 #구축주방인테리어 #InteriorKnowHow #인테리어팁
