Pollock Roe and Corn Rice Pot I'm so excited because I discovered a delicious combination this time! It was my first time making rice in a pot, but I was amazed the moment I took a bite..! I'm so glad I bought the Staub Cocotte 🫶🏻🫶🏻 Putting my favorite ingredient, pollock roe, into plenty of sweet corn and scraping every last bit of rice out of the pan! The rice was personally grown and sent by @97 farmer, and it tastes even more incredible when eaten in a pot. And you absolutely have to try this with fish cake soup..
