Is My House a Chinese Restaurant? After purchasing an apartment that is over 30 years old, I did a full interior renovation. In the meantime, I received a call from the owner of the interior design company. He told me that after installing the sink, water was backing up when I filled it up and let it run! (I discovered a hidden defect ㅠㅠ) I tried all sorts of things to unclog it for a few days, but he said the drain seemed to be significantly blocked, so I decided to call a professional company 🥲 It turned out to be more serious than I thought. He said that even though it is a residential house, the grease stains are no joke compared to a typical Chinese restaurant. LOL, I burst out laughing as soon as I heard that. With older apartments, you really never know when or where a defect might appear. LOL, I realized just how completely unpredictable it is.
