Decorating Mom and Dad's Room 💌⊹ Since it is my parents' room, I wanted to create a simple and warm atmosphere rather than a maximalist concept. The common thread among the walls, floor, blinds, and bedding is that they all contain at least a drop of yellow in their colors. I filled the large areas with subtle warm tones. I also used solid wood furniture to serve as the key element of the warm mood. To add a touch of subtle blue to a room that could otherwise have felt a bit plain, I added a subtle accent.
