We finished renovating an older apartment in the 30-pyeong range for about 30 million won! Since we proceeded with a very limited budget, we completely excluded the veranda, painted it ourselves, and are living with the interior windows in their original cherry color without changing them haha. We first inquired about quotes for things we absolutely couldn't give up (wallpaper, flooring, bathroom, kitchen sink, etc.) and added them one by one to stay within the 30 million won budget.
