Cucumber Pepper and Tuna Cold Pasta🌿, featuring crunchy cucumber peppers, savory tuna, perilla oil, and a subtle kick of wasabi at the end. Since it is a cold and refreshing pasta dish, it is so delicious that you will slurp it up even when you have no appetite. Ingredients: 100g pasta noodles, 5 cucumber peppers, 1 can of tuna (100g), 5 perilla leaves, dried seaweed flakes, whole sesame seeds, 1 egg yolk Sauce: 2T soy sauce, 2T perilla oil, 1.5T vinegar, 1T allulose or sugar, 0.5T minced garlic, 0.5t wasabi Slice the cucumber peppers thinly and julienne the perilla leaves finely. Lightly drain the oil from the tuna. Mix the soy sauce, perilla oil, vinegar, allulose, minced garlic, and wasabi thoroughly to make the sauce. Rinse the boiled pasta thoroughly in cold water to chill it, then drain it completely. First, add the sauce and tuna to the noodles and toss. Then, add the cucumber peppers and perilla leaves and mix lightly. Sprinkle with dried seaweed flakes and whole sesame seeds, top with an egg yolk, and it's done! This is a cold pasta dish perfect for when you don't want to spend a long time cooking over a hot stove on a hot day. The cucumber peppers provide a crunchy texture that prevents it from feeling greasy, and the nutty flavor of the perilla oil and tuna, combined with a subtle hint of wasabi, makes for a delicious meal that you won't get tired of until the very last bite. If you prefer a slightly fresher taste, I recommend using a combination of 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 0.5 tablespoons of vinegar instead of regular vinegar. #ColdCrispyPepperPasta #ColdPasta #CrispyPepperDish #TunaPasta #PastaRecipe #PerillaOilPasta #CrispyPepper #TunaDish #SummerRecipe #OneBowlMeal #HomeCooking #HomeCookingRecipe #SimpleRecipe #RecipeForSingleLiving #MomRecipe #SoloDiningRecipe #OneBowlRecipe
