You're missing out if you don't know this recipe...! 📌 The detailed recipe is available on the blog linked in my profile. This is Ryu Soo-young's Kimchi Fried Rice. I've made two minor corrections that left something to be desired, (parts frequently mentioned in the comments), so you can enjoy it even more. 1. Finely chop 1 stalk of green onion and 1.5 cups of kimchi. 2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the green onion to make green onion oil, then add the kimchi, 1-2 tablespoons of allulose, 1-2 tablespoons of tuna extract, and 2-3 tablespoons of kimchi juice and stir-fry. 3. Push the kimchi to one side, add 1 tablespoon of regular soy sauce to the empty space, simmer to release the aroma, and then mix. 4. Add 2 cups of rice and stir-fry evenly. 5. Push the rice to one side, add 3 eggs to the empty space, cook until soft-boiled, and top with dried seaweed flakes to finish. 📌 For Ryu Soo-young's recipe, be sure to use tuna extract instead of anchovy extract. 📌 Regular soy sauce isn't in the original recipe, but you can't have kimchi fried rice without adding soy sauce! 📌 Use allulose instead of sugar. Added 📌1~2 tablespoons means to add 1 spoonful first, taste, and then add more. #OhHomeStaurant #콘스프기록 #홈쿡 #집에서제일바빠 #오늘장면한컷 #오늘찾은취향 #오늘뭐먹지 #홈파티에진심인편 #콘스프챌린지 #요리 #레시피
