I can sleep comfortably without having to turn the air conditioner up high, so it has helped with getting a good night's sleep during the summer. Since it is not just bedding used for one season but something I can take out and use every summer, I think investing in bedding that allows me to sleep comfortably this summer was a really good purchase. 🤍
