My daily log 🫧🤍 Daily breakfast gathering zip. Both my baby and I like to eat something simple in the morning, so we enjoy a combination of hard-boiled eggs + apple + pumpkin + fruit + cheese 🤍 Coffee is a must for me ☕️😌 On days when I want something a bit more filling, I bake some sourdough to add or have a sandwich..☺️ I heard that because of the blood sugar spike in the morning, it is healthier for my baby to eat like this rather than rice.
