My favorite time to refresh myself at home 🧘🏻‍♀️ One of my daily routines after going to daycare, I spread out a mat in the living room and do a home workout. I don't have a separate space for exercising, but the living room, where I usually spend time with my child, becomes a space just for me for a moment when I spread out a mat. I put on the TV for the workout I want to do that day, and on days when my body is really stiff, I take out the foam roller as well.
