I decided to stay home for one of the two weekend days. It’s a day to tidy up the spots I couldn't tend to during the week, and to try out the new things I bought. I don't have any grand plans, just a rough order of things. 🌿 Flower Arrangement Even though they are artificial flowers, if I move them around, at some point they start to look quite like decorative objects. It’s fun how the impression changes just by slightly tilting the stems, so I end up spending quite a while doing this. I plan to try arranging fresh flowers soon. 📦 Unboxing I tend to have too many things I want to buy. Lately, I’ve been drawn to African styles, so I found a vase with a nice texture at Zara Home and grabbed it right away. It feels like the time spent unwrapping is part of this hobby, too. ☕ Tea Time On weekends, I try to get closer to tea instead of coffee. I boil water using the Balmuda Moon Kettle I received as a gift. The stream comes out thin, so I end up pouring it slowly, and as I do that, I even come to enjoy the waiting time. 🎧 Music Just sitting quietly while drinking tea with So Soobin's new album playing. No matter what I'm doing at home, I think just having music playing makes that time feel a little special. ✍ Diary The last step is writing down my to-do list by hand. Unlike organizing on my phone, my mind naturally calms down as I write. That's when I finally get a grasp on what I need to do next week. It’s not a day for doing anything special. It’s more like a day to just take another look at the things in the house. But having this one day makes the following week much easier. 🪽 What is your weekend ritual? #TodaysHome #WeekendRoutine #HomeCafe #TeaTime #Balmuda #MoonKettle #FlowerArrangement #ZaraHome #Vase #Diary #HealingRoutine #SemiDIYInterior #HomeInterior #HomeDecor #JapanD
