I am a person full of worries and doubts. Before the remodeling work began, I thought I would visit the site every day to check things out. But once the construction actually started, I found it incredibly bothersome. Furthermore, since the contractor sent me photos of the site every day, I stopped thinking about it and just ended up trusting them. I also felt relieved because we had discussed the construction in great detail beforehand. Then... While visiting the site just to look around, I discovered that the entrance partition had been planned incorrectly. 😵 I intended to extend the floor level by 35cm, but the contractor understood it as extending 35cm from the wall. Fortunately, I checked the markings on the wall before the carpentry work began, spoke to the contractor, and was able to make adjustments. Ah... I thought I only needed to adjust the carpentry... But once the carpentry work started, a major disaster occurred: the recessed lights near the entrance were completely blocked by the partition and molding. ;; 😵‍💫 The construction sequence was demolition-electricity-windows-carpentry, and since different experts came for each stage and just did their own part, this kind of situation happened. Since it was a turnkey project, there was a site manager, but he didn't manage to inspect the ceiling. I discovered this while just looking around and hurriedly came up with a solution. To minimize the construction, we requested that they simply block off the recessed lights near the entrance, even if the spacing wasn't perfect. However, the contractor said that would make it too dark and unattractive. They suggested moving the entrance light slightly to create a new one, and adding one more light here and there to make the spacing look as even as possible. (Of course, for free.) Since we planned to use the recessed lights as mood lighting anyway, I didn't think it mattered, so we installed them that way. In the end, we ended up with six recessed lights instead of the four we originally intended to install... haha. But once it was actually installed, it was way too bright! Hahaha. So, in the end, I disconnected the wires for the extra lights, and now I'm living with only four turned on. ^^;; To all my fellow remodelers out there... Even if it's a hassle, please make sure to attend the site inspection!!! And you must clearly convey your requests haha #WhatHappenedDuringRemodeling #리모델링 #리모델링후기 #리모델링상담소 #리모델링전 #리모델링후 #리모델링추천 #리모델링전후 #전기공사 #조명 #조명인테리어 #조명공사 #조명시공 #매입등 #매입등인테리어 #매입등시공 #현장 #현장감리 #리모델링공사 #리모델링과정 #철거후 #인테리어시공 #구축인테리어 #구축아파트리모델링 #구축아파트인테리어 #구축리모델링 #인테리어공사 #인테리어조명 #리모델링꿀팁 #리모델링팁
