Am I experiencing burnout? I’ve been writing my master’s thesis and working diligently all summer, but as soon as I get home, I just collapse. I want to seek out new things and socialize with others, but when I actually try to do it, I lack the energy and feel reluctant to leave the house. I wonder if it’s the season, my mindset, or my physical strength.
