The place that feels most like "us," the small world called home. This is our newlywed home, where three of us live and prefer being at home to being out. My husband and I tend to find strength and complete rest indoors rather than outside, so I think that’s why we are filling our home with our own tastes. We didn't start out with a firm sense of taste or a great aesthetic sense. But there was one home decorating teacher for me: Today's House. By looking at the spaces of various people, we discovered our own unique style, and that is how our current home was created. It is a home where even our dog feels comfortable. As I began documenting our daily lives one by one, I was selected as a Today's House Special Creator. As I became more active, more people came to enjoy stories about our home, and I grew so much by having new experiences I had never tried before. I received a Fritz Hansen chair as a sponsorship—a wishlist item—created a scent of grass that was 100% to my liking at a perfumery class I attended for the first time in my life, and even designed pottery myself as part of a collaboration project with a brand. These are all things I wouldn't have been able to do without Today's House. They are also recruiting Special Creators for the second half of 2026.
