This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. When it comes to changing the atmosphere of a living room, nothing beats a rug that establishes the base. I wanted to tidy up the living room, so I laid out the Highland Loop Sisal Look Rug in the 160x230cm size. Perhaps because of its generous size that comfortably envelops the space in front of the sofa and table, I felt that the furniture arrangement looked much more stable and organized. The black stripe lines on the soft ivory background prevented it from looking monotonous and served as a sophisticated accent. Because it uses a loop weaving method, the pile height has a three-dimensional quality, so it felt just the right amount of volume when stepped on. Usually, I worry that sisal look rugs might feel rough on the surface, but this one uses heat-treated Heatset polypropylene, making it soft even when walking barefoot. Additionally, the back is meticulously treated with canvas TPR non-slip, ensuring it stays securely in place without easily sliding on the floor. Its structure minimizes shedding, so I found that I could simply maintain it by lightly vacuuming it on a daily basis! Since it is a washable product that can be machine washed at home, I think I can manage it comfortably all year round without worrying about daily stains.
