One morning when I wanted to start my day leisurely. I baked pancakes for the first time in a while, stacking them one by one while they were still warm, and next to them, a cup of hazelnut-infused Americano ☕️🥞 The fluffy pancakes paired with the nutty and subtly sweet coffee and they went together better than I expected, so I ate them slowly for quite a while. I like days that start off busy, but I also really love slow mornings like this, where I prepare and eat the things I love one by one.
