I tried making braised short ribs in a Staub Cocotte 🍖 It looks pretty just sitting in the kitchen, but today, it’s not just taking charge of the visuals, and delivering the flavor perfectly too 🤎 As it simmers, the aroma of the braised ribs makes me want to keep opening the lid for no reason, and a wonderful meal is complete, looking as if it were made with great care! It’s so heavy that I hesitate before using it, but once I actually use it, it’s such a love-hate relationship with the Staub Cocotte.
