#한여름디저트 I bought a pack of figs to make sandwiches, and I also make fig carpaccio like this. If you press them down with a cup, they come out looking like fully bloomed flowers. Place them on a plate, add ricotta cheese, arugula, and the remaining figs, and drizzle with dressing—that's it! 🙆🏻‍♀️ For the dressing, it tastes delicious even if you just add olive oil + lemon juice + allulose.
