#가전플렉스 The ceramic hob that was an optional feature when I moved in hasn't broken down, but whenever I tried to boil water for ramen, I'd get so frustrated before it even boiled, so I went to Carrot Market and bought an induction cooktop. It boils really fast, is convenient, and easy to clean. It's a whole new world 🥹 When I miss that smoky flavor, I use a torch to sear it. Italian Parsley Pasta on a rainy day.
