#리모델링하다생긴일 My husband's friend works as a tile installer, so we asked him to take care of the bathroom remodeling. My friend personally installed the living room bathroom, so it was finished beautifully. However, the problem is the master bedroom bathroom. 🥲 A worker from my husband's company came to install the master bedroom bathroom, but there were tile glue marks left all over the floor and walls. ㅠㅠ At first, he said they would come off if wiped, so I assumed he would clean them up once the work was finished. But when my husband saw them in person, he said he might have to re-attach the tiles or sand down the surface, and apologized. If it were a company we didn't know at all, we would have naturally asked them to redo it. But since it's my husband's friend's company, I'm hesitant to even say a single word... My husband said that since it’s the master bedroom bathroom and not the living room bathroom, we should just use it as is, so in the end, I’m living with the bathroom looking a bit blurry 🥹 I think it stands out even more because the tiles are bright. When you entrust a project to an acquaintance, there are advantages like trustworthiness compared to other companies and the ability to communicate comfortably. However, when defects actually arise or something you don't like happens, you end up thinking twice before saying what you want to say. So, what I realized is that entrusting a project to an acquaintance doesn't necessarily mean it will be unconditionally good and convenient 😖 The irony of hiring an acquaintance for interior design is that there are parts where you have to be cautious precisely because of the trust...
