When it came to decorating our new home, I struggled with deciding what to give up. We decided to save as much as possible, focusing on demolishing areas that couldn't be refurbished with furniture or products. So, although it was a shame, we kept the existing flooring. We removed the interior door, lighting, ceiling molding, and baseboards. We only did basic demolition for the living room coffered ceiling and bathroom, and removed only the doors from the pantry cabinet. By demolishing only the necessary parts like this, the demolition was completed in just one day, and we were able to reduce costs. If you are facing demolition, it is helpful to think about, "What parts can be covered without any construction?" . .
