Our first housewarming party at our small 14-pyeong newlywed home 🏠🍽️ We invited guests over for the first time since moving in. From the morning, we sat together to plan what to do first, bought a huge amount of groceries for everything we needed, and even bought new dishes under the pretext of a housewarming party. Since our house is small, we use a small refrigerator, but because we bought all the groceries at once, it filled up in no time! That day was the first time I thought I wished the refrigerator were a bit bigger. We divided the tasks; one cooked, and the other cleaned, diligently preparing to welcome our guests. Then, as the time for the guests to arrive approached, we both ended up in the kitchen, rushing to finish the last dish! We prepared a total of five dishes. ① Tender boiled pork served with Napa cabbage kimchi ② Beef tartare topped with Granada cheese for added flavor ③ Steamed clams in sake blended with Cheongyang butter (Peacock) ④ Crispy and plump fried shrimp (E-mart Traders) ⑤ Rich and clean beef bone soup As we all enjoyed the delicious food and chatted, we quickly forgot about the hard work of preparing everything. Since our house is small, I was worried it might be crowded with so many people, but once it was bustling, that was actually quite nice in its own way. Our first housewarming party was a success!
