A Day When the Dishes Are More Visible Than the Food Since I love pretty dishes, I find myself reaching for the ones that hold food comfortably the most. I’ve been using the Odense Sisonne a lot lately. Thanks to the delicate lines on the rim, it isn't boring, yet the overall look is clean, so it looks quite pretty with any food. A simple meal like a sandwich looks a bit more chic when served in black, while colorful dishes like avocado rice bowls look fresher when served in white. I also love how the atmosphere changes depending on the color, even though it is the same design. For dishes used every day, practicality is important, but if they look pretty every time I take them out, that alone is reason enough.
