I was really enjoying my crescent-shaped True Cook cutting board set, but then I found out a new stainless steel version had been released!! I thought it would be great for slicing kimchi or preparing meat and fish, and I could use it with peace of mind even with fruits that might get stained, so... that's the story of how I ended up getting the stainless steel cutting board set...🙊 It has more weight than TPU cutting boards, but it's sturdy and really easy to use, so I think having stainless steel is useful!!
