Hello, this is Mood Recipe :) Today, I am documenting the day I went to pick up a new family member. I visited the Usan-dong Flower Complex, a place known to everyone in Gwangju. Many people ask me where I buy my plants, but for me, it’s a magical place I make sure to visit at least once a week. It’s no secret that I bring one home every time I go... The one that caught my eye this time was a Turtle Alocasia. If you look closely at the leaves, it looks like the pattern of a turtle's shell has been copied perfectly. The closer I looked, the more it seemed like a work of art, so I stood there admiring it for quite a while. The Dwarf Orchid next to it also lingered in my mind, so I brought them home as well. The Alocasia was 7,000 won, and the Dwarf Orchid was 5,000 won. To think these prices are so reasonable in times like these, isn't it? Actually, I was a little scared because I’ve heard a lot of people say that Alocasias are sensitive. But since I’ve learned a lot from losing three plants over the past five years, I mustered up the courage to bring them home this time, determined to raise them well. I didn't repot it right away after bringing it home. I plan to let it acclimate in its original pot for a week in bright shade. It’s nice to have a little greenery in my white and wood home; it makes the house feel warmer and more alive. The story of how I repotted it and arranged it would take too long, so I’ll share the details in the next post :) When you go to a flower market, what plants do you look for first? If you have any recommendations, I’ll definitely look for them next time I visit. 📍 Location: Usan-dong Flower Complex Line, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju 💰 Price: Turtle Alocasia 7,000 won / Dwarf Orchid 5,000 won 🌿 Care: Partial shade, water thoroughly when soil dries out, ventilation is important #WhiteWood #화이트인테리어 #우드인테리어 #감성인테리어 #플랜테리어 #식물인테리어 #거북알로카시아 #알로카시아 #콩란 #화훼단지 #우산동화훼단지 #광주화훼단지 #식물추천 #초록이네집 #5년차주부인테리어 #30평대인테리어 #거실인테리어 #주방식물 #가성비식물 #오늘의집 #콘수프기록집 #콘수프필름 #콘수프기록
