Compared to pans of the same size, the bottom surface is 10% wider, so it was great for putting in plenty of ingredients and stir-frying them! In particular, thanks to the 7-ply non-stick coating infused with titanium powder, rice grains and seasonings don't stick, and cleaning was so simple that you just wipe it clean. I was even more satisfied because the handle is made of Bakelite material, so it doesn't get hot while cooking😊 I liked it even more because it is highly versatile, as it can be used on all heat sources, including induction.
