What I learned firsthand while remodeling is that while looking pretty is important, being easy to maintain is truly crucial! ✔️ Choose flooring that is resistant to stains and water cleaning. ✔️ Check if the wall finish is resistant to moisture. ✔️ Choose lighting that fits the space rather than making it too bright. ✔️ Be sure to consider condensation and humidity near the windows. ✔️ If you plan to place furniture or storage cabinets, measure the space first. ✔️ After construction, thoroughly check the condition of the finishes, such as silicone, tiles, and walls. And once it was actually finished, I realized there are far more ways to utilize the balcony than I had initially thought.
