It was a day when I made aged kimchi tuna rice balls because the old kimchi had a taste that was a bit ambiguous—neither good enough to eat on its own nor good enough to make into a stew.🍙 I washed the kimchi stems, soaked them in cold noodle broth for a day, squeezed out the water, and topped them with tuna mayo on top of rice seasoned with sesame salt.
