Living in an older house, I was always a bit concerned about rust and impurities coming from the old pipes whenever I used water in the kitchen. Since I use water several times a day for tasks like washing dishes and rinsing ingredients, I thought it would be great to have a rust removal filter, so I recently installed the Basic Rust Removal Filter. What I liked most was that it is a built-in type installed inside the base cabinet. I was worried that the filter might make the area around the faucet look cluttered or change the atmosphere of the kitchen, but since the filter is placed inside the cabinet while keeping the existing faucet, it looks really neat from the outside. After installation, I could use the faucet as usual, so there was nothing else to worry about. The filter has a generous capacity and is said to last up to a year, so another advantage is that it minimizes the hassle of frequent replacements! I also liked that it can be used with appliances that require a water supply connection, such as dishwashers or robot vacuums, so it can be installed without significantly altering the existing kitchen environment. I think this is a good choice for those who, like me, live in older or outdated buildings and are concerned about rust or impurities in old pipes, or for those who want to use a rust removal filter while keeping their kitchen clean.
