I toss and turn more frequently and dream every day. It was a sign that even though my body was lying down, I was not finding true sleep. Sleep requires repeating deep stages, but they say that if you wake up in the middle, that cycle is broken, and you have to go through the stages of sleep all over again from the beginning.
