I fell in love with the Pale Aqua color and retro design of the Toffee Steam Air Fryer the moment I saw it, and when I placed it in my auxiliary kitchen, it matched the vintage kitchen accessories perfectly 🙂 Its compact 10L size takes up no space on the narrow countertop of my auxiliary kitchen, and despite its small size, it is packed with five cooking modes: air fryer, oven, grill, slow bake, and fermentation. I fermented frozen salt bread dough using the fermentation mode and baked it, then grilled some wedge potatoes to a golden brown to complete a simple home brunch 🥐🥔 Since I can cook everything from bread to various dishes with just one small oven, I found it to be quite versatile, better than I expected. I even tried toasting bread using the steam function, and it came out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—it was absolutely delicious even without any toppings 🍞 I’ve always preferred analog controls over touch screens, and I absolutely love this because the retro dial design is pretty and the usage is intuitive. It caught my eye first because it was pretty, but after using it, it’s a kitchen gadget packed with features.
