I used to only use 18cm Asian bowls, but since I got a larger size, the amount I can cook at once has increased dramatically, so my satisfaction is top-notch! Once unboxed, you have to season it right away✨ ✔️ First, wash it thoroughly ✔️ Dry it completely ✔️ Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to every corner ✔️ Heat over medium-low heat until it doesn't smoke ✔️ Turn off the heat and wait 10 minutes ✔️ Wipe off the oil and wash it lightly one more time ✔️ Finally, dry it thoroughly without any moisture! It wasn't as difficult as I thought, so it’s a routine I do every day I get a new Staub.
