Tonight's Dinner: Pork and Arugula Cream Pasta 🍝🌿 Today's lunch, whipped up quickly with ingredients found in the refrigerator. I added a smooth cream sauce to savory grilled pork and garlic, and topped it off generously with fresh arugula. The slightly bitter aroma of the arugula blended surprisingly well with the rich, heavy flavor of the cream pasta. Especially the moment I took a bite of the golden-brown pork and then ate it together with the pasta tossed in the cream sauce...
