#TodaysHome A super simple blueberry yogurt ice cream recipe made with just 3 ingredients that I often make these days when I crave a snack! Thanks to the NUC hand blender, you can make it simply by putting the ingredients in and blending them finely! 🥣Ingredients • Plain yogurt 150g • Blueberries 150g • Honey (to taste) 1️⃣ Put the yogurt, blueberries, and honey into the hand blender and blend until finely ground. 2️⃣ Place the finely blended ingredients into a bowl. 3️⃣ Freeze in the freezer for about 4 hours, then enjoy!🍨 It's chewy and soft, giving it a gelato-like texture!
