#현명한소비 #콘수프기록집 It’s not easy to make time for home-cooked meals while working full-time. I enjoy cooking, but my hands are still slow, so an hour flies by when I prepare just one meal. So, I started cooking double portions and freezing them. For one-dish meals like curry or stew, I make a generous amount, eat half, and freeze the other half. The food blocks I use have a 2-compartment model that holds about 500ml per compartment, making it convenient for storing curry and stew, while the 250ml model is great for freezing small portions of side dishes or sauces. Since they are made of silicone, it is really convenient that the frozen food pops right out. I take them out, put them in a Ziploc bag, and store them in the freezer, and I wash the containers in the dishwasher to reuse them. When I want to eat, I just heat it up in the microwave or add a little water to a pan and boil it—that’s it! Since I can finish preparing dinner in just 10 minutes on weekdays, I have much more free time now.
