When the weather starts to cool down, I’m the first one to realize that autumn has arrived 🍂 And you can’t talk about autumn without mentioning large prawns 🦐 While grilled large prawns are the most famous way to enjoy them, I personally prefer the plump, succulent raw shrimp sashimi. When you pick up a piece of fresh shrimp and take a bite, the bouncy texture that sizzles in your mouth is truly the best ✨ It has a clean yet subtly sweet flavor, so before you know it, the plate is empty after just one or two pieces. Today, I’ve set a plate of large prawns on a pretty table and am enjoying autumn to the fullest with the things I love 🤍 The cool breeze felt through the window, the air changing slightly, and even the seasonal large prawns. The surest way to signal that the delicious season has begun 🦐🍂 Grilled large prawns are delicious, but are there any of you who prefer fresh raw shrimp sashimi? I definitely vote for that bouncy texture 🤍
