No Parchment Paper ❌️ No Trash ❌️ No Measuring ❌️ 30-Second Method for Portioning Butter 🧈 This is a method I’ve been using for a while, but I’ve upgraded it to make it a bit simpler haha. Before, there was an intermediate step where I had to cut the butter, spread it out, and put it in the freezer for 5 minutes to prevent it from sticking, but that was actually a bit of a hassle. Also, putting it in a glass container took up space and it was too cold... So, I just roughly stuffed it into a Ziploc bag as soon as I cut it, and it came out easily, dripping right off. But here is the important point! It must be cold. It sticks if it starts to melt. So, speed is key—a 30-second cut. I think this is the simplest method right now.
