I bought it because it looked pretty in the photos, but I like the color even more in person. It is a mocha brown, so it isn't too dark, and it matches well with the wood-toned furniture in my home. Laying it in the entryway really livened up the atmosphere. The stripe pattern isn't too overpowering, so I think it will look good in various places. The size is just right for placing in the entryway or in front of the bathroom, and it feels soft to the touch. It doesn't slide easily on the floor, so I didn't experience any inconvenience while using it. Above all, I am most satisfied that it looks more like an interior decor item than a typical bath mat. I hesitated a bit at first, but once I laid it down, the space looked much more organized, and since it is a product I see every day, I feel like I made a good purchase. The color doesn't show dirt easily, so I think it will be easy to maintain. I recommend this to anyone looking for a product that can add a focal point to their home atmosphere rather than a plain bath mat.
