I used it well for two years, but the outdoor unit suddenly stopped working, so I called for repairs. They said the temperature sensor was broken and fixed it, but the temperature didn't drop by evening. They came back the following month to inspect it, but since they didn't have the mainboard for the outdoor unit, they ordered one and came back the next day to fix it.
