#오감리뷰 This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the Selection Program. I was getting rid of my current induction mat and was considering a black one when I ended up using the Cointreau Induction Mat. - 4mm Thickness The reason I was surprised when I first used it was its thickness. The mat I used before was incredibly thin. When cooking on the induction cooktop, if the heat increased, it would curl up. Because of this, I was so anxious about what would happen if it suddenly melted that I couldn't even cook comfortably. However, when I used the Cointreau Induction Mat, there was no curling, and perhaps thanks to the thickness, I was able to cook stably. - Functional Aspects So, I looked to see what makes it different from existing induction mats. It features heat paths on both the front and back sides. This prevents overheating and ensures smooth heat dissipation and circulation. In actual cooking, the heat was distributed evenly, allowing me to cook without any unevenness—such as one side undercooking or the heat concentrating only in the center. - Design and Color First off, the mat I used before was a different color from the base of my induction cooktop, so it didn't look aesthetically pleasing. I had resolved that if I ever needed to buy an induction mat again, I would definitely choose black. As expected, using black is perfect; it doesn't stand out too much and matches the color of the induction cooktop, which I really love.💛 Furthermore, It features a silicone coating that prevents dust from sticking easily, so it washes off cleanly without dust even if I just rinse it lightly under running water after cooking. I initially became interested simply because I was concerned about scratches or stains on the induction cooktop surface, but thanks to its various functions, it is excellent as a pot holder or dish holder as well.
