#취미는가구배치 #콘수프기록집 [Our Living Room Transformed 180 Degrees Just by Changing the Sofa Position] A record of living room furniture arrangements by a homebody for whom rearranging living room furniture is a small form of healing and a hobby! Even with the same house and the same furniture, the atmosphere of the home and the flow of daily life can completely change depending on where you place them, right? Today, I will share the transformation of our living room, showing how we were able to utilize the space twice as effectively just by changing the sofa position. (Photo 3: The living room before) BEFORE | The window sofa that added a sense of spaciousness In the past, I always preferred using the living room with an open and spacious feel, so I placed the sofa right against the window. Placing it by the window made the center of the living room feel wide open, making it look definitely refreshing, and the atmosphere was beautiful when it caught the sunlight. For those who like a wide-open feeling, this arrangement is the way to go! (Photos 4-5: Current living room and home cafe look) AFTER | Moving the Sofa to the 2/3 Point of the Living Room! The Magic of Space Separation However, I have now boldly moved the sofa to the 2/3 point of the living room and am using it there. It effectively divided the space into front and back sections with just one sofa, and its utility is surprisingly amazing! Front Space (Family Living Area): I use the area in front of the sofa as a warm and affectionate living space where I watch TV and gather around the coffee table with my family to eat fruit and drink tea. Since the sofa is in the center of the living room, it feels much cozier and gives off a sense of gathering. Back Space (My Own Home Cafe): The space created behind the sofa has transformed into my own small and cozy home cafe. It feels like I’ve found a hidden gem in a corner of the living room, so it has become my favorite spot these days. I simply changed the sofa's position, but the living room has been efficiently divided into two distinct areas: a 'place to relax' and a 'place to enjoy hobbies.' Why not try slightly rearranging your furniture when you want to change the atmosphere of your home from time to time? Not only will it refresh your mood, but you will also discover a beautiful space you never even imagined!
