Do you still only cook Costco seafood stew as a soup? My family makes steamed seafood instead of stew, and it is seriously amazing. To eat this much at a typical restaurant, it would cost at least 40,000 won. But if you buy a 30,000 won seafood stew pack from Costco and steam it, try it out. It is truly a hearty meal that the whole family can enjoy. The sauce included with the stew wasn't really my style, so I threw it away and made the seasoning myself. Perhaps thanks to the spicy seasoning, the whole family happily scraped every last bit clean. And to finish it off, fried rice!
