I tried making Kimchi Rolled Noodles~ I boiled some thin noodles, added young radish kimchi, kimchi juice, and cold noodle broth, and topped it with shredded cucumber and a boiled egg! It tastes even better with a little sugar, vinegar, and sesame seeds added haha.
