I quickly whipped up some salmon steak while the baby was napping...😌 Although my hometown is Busan, I don't really enjoy raw fish... I feel bad for my partner who loves it, so I buy salmon periodically; my husband eats it raw, and I make grilled salmon :) Today and tomorrow are Salmon Days🐟 I plated the salmon steak on the Heritage Grain Plate (L). The inside is finished with a smooth glossy glaze, while the outside is finished with a matte glaze. I really like how the food stands out naturally without looking too flashy when plated.
