#콘수프기록집 #TodaysMyHome Since it's blue crab season these days, I brought home a box from Costco ^^ I steamed half of them to eat sweet, and I picked out the four plumpest ones to try making soy sauce marinated crab using my favorite recipe~ Wow, they aged so deliciously! When you take a bite of the crab meat packed with flavor in a sauce that isn't too salty but has a proper umami taste, a bowl of rice just vanishes.
