My home is an older apartment with a two-bay structure, so while there is a downside where the living room and part of the kitchen are visible from the entrance, I actually like the sense of openness that comes from seeing everything. I actually disliked the stuffiness that can result from installing a middle door, so I decided to keep the structure as is without altering it.
