#홍차 #파운드케이크 Today's home cafe consists of black tea and homemade pound cake. I have a cake mold, but since it doesn't rise well whenever I bake in it, I tried baking it in a financier mold. I heard it tastes better if you keep it in the refrigerator for about a day, so I baked it yesterday, put it in the refrigerator, and took it out. Maybe because I baked it in an air fryer with exposed heating elements, only the part under the heating element puffed up significantly, so the shape turned out a bit strange. I guess it's a relief that it tastes good though. 😂😂😂 I used 100g each of cake flour, eggs, sugar, and butter, along with 2g of baking powder.
